Mechanical advantages

Stable Z-axis by C-Construction (only at BZT)

All spindles are stored 3 x: 1* fixed bearing (2 ball bearings) and one loose bearing (1 ball bearing).

Direct drive via strong step motors with 3 ampere and thanks to the free from play shaft coupling by Rotex no motor vibrations are carried forward to the trapeze threaded spindles, which has a positive effect on the milling picture.

Big stable Precision trapeze threaded spindles TR 16*4 and 2 adjustable red brass screw nuts, no cheap plastic screw nuts. Repeat accuracy to +/- 0,02 mm

In the Y-axis our machines have 2 spindles, which move the portal. Deliberately we have connected this spindle with a tooth belt, so that always a 100% synchronous run of the spindles is guaranteed (as for example in the auto motor with 2 cam shafts, which are also connected via tooth belts. If you want to move the portal with 2 step motors, it can easily be deformed and there can be damages, since in the worst case step motors can lose steps, as we all know.

The T-groove plate by ISEL made of Aluminium 20 mm strong is not simply screwed on the aluminium frame, but by us it is integrated in the frame construction and furthermore it has milled edges for the T-slides, so that you only loose traverse path in the Z-axis at a minimum.

We deliver our machines with covering at all spindles as well as at the tooth belt!!

Electrical advantages

Step motor control with "EMF testing". Must offeres of these machines in this Price class do not have this approval (costs of approx. 5000,00 €). According to the law without testing these controls are not allowed to be taken in operation. Our testing certificate you can find on our internet page.
