Instructions for the production of CNC data
Two-dimensional objects (plates etc.) are easy to mill. For this you produce your milling data with a standard program below Windows or below DOS. For graphic applications or writings for example with Corel-Draw, ( PLT ) for technical applications for example with AutoCAD or Autosketch ( HPG from the design L ).
Afterwards you export your drawings in the plotter format HPGL. The data produced in this way you read later with a milling program. We offer you some programs to choose from: PC-NC is a dos based application/WinPC-NC is a windows based application as well as Mach 3 Mill . All programs can also read NC data, different milling formats as well as DIN66025.
Before you start, you feed into the tool menu the milling depths as well as the processing speed. Then you start with the milling procedure. For controlling it both programs have a graphic simulation, so you can have a look at the milling procedure on the monitor in advance.
Our machines can mill three-dimensional objects, too
As a starting point three-dimensional objects have a 3D file, mostly in STL format. This format in nearly produced from all modern 3D-CAD-systems and offers a data transfer withourt any problems. The handed out file is for example read in the software DeskProto, tool parameters, feed, strategy, preciseness are defined and afterwards given out as a NC program, which is then worked off (similar to two-dimensional objects) with PC-NC, WinPC-NC or Mach 3 Mill.
