The PFL-Serie has been designed for beginners and users who need to have a reasonably priced but also solid and qualitatively high-quality CNC milling machine. With this milling machine with a fixed portal only the table processes, what is advantageous as not so huge masses have to be moved and therefore the machine is very stable.

The PFM machines have been designed for the demanding industrial user and especially for the engraving and the manufacture of proto types. They distinguish themselves by their high precision and reliability in the daily use, also if there is huge stress, which is mainly based on their stable design and strong step motors.

140/185/230 Kg speak for themselves. The complete machine is made up to 95 % of steel. Steel has three times so much bending strength compared with aluminium.

This machine has especially been constructed and manufactured in terms of stability and accuracy.

Its steel construction and ball bearings from Bosch Rexroth form an ultra-stable base for this machine.

In terms of stiffness, processing and long-term precision the BZT CNC portal machines are far ahead of much more expensive machines.

Interacting with our 4 ampere 1/8-micro-step control perfectly adjusted to the mechanics also with high load the BZT PFE-portal milling machines remain absolutely reliable and step-stable.

This high-performance HSC-machine (High Speed Cutting) has especially been designed for the fast and precise processing of aluminium and steel. The PFX-series is highly precise and thanks to its solid steel construction it is extremly buckling resistant and stable. Thanks to its stable design the PFX-series is predestinated for demanding applications in the moulding, jigmaking and model building. Thanks to its fixed portal only the table processes, so that there is the advantage that not so huge masses have to be moved and by servo technics speeds up to 40 metres per minute can be achieved.

The new PFG-S 1600 is a high-performance CNC-machine for large-sized plates made of aluminium, plexiglass and wood. The PFG-S series is constructed in a stable buckling resistant frame design made of aluminium and steel, which has a completely welded steel sub-structure. Thanks to the combination of massive side parts, the robust sub-structure - both made of steel - with a high bridge passage, the system is extremely stiff. On both sides the bridge is moved across 2 big ball screw spindles, which work together as synchronism axis. The working area has 1600 mm in X and 1600 mm in Y, actually the Z-axis has 200 mm, customized other processing ways are also possible.

Technics:
Linear guidings of Bosch-Rexroth in all axis. Precision rack drives in the X- and Y-axis. In the Z-axis there is mounted a ball screw spindle. Deliverable with step and servo motor.
