PC-NC, the software which changes your standard PC into a universal step motor NC controlling. The intelligent controlling software PC-NC is used on all commercial standard PCs and controls up to 3 step motors via the parallel printer interface. Therefore no additional processor card is necessary. With 3 step motor axis any XYZ mechanics can be built up and numerous tasks can be coped with. PC-NC has a well thought-out user concept and is easily to learn and safely controllable by its modern surface with pulldown menus, windows and situational support. With PC-NC and a personal computer the activation of 2,5 D mechanics is a cakewalk. Thanks to the voluminous parameterizing possibilities nearly all 3-axis step motor machines can be controlled.

From version 2 you can get our well-known and often proofed CNC controlling program WinPC-NC in three different versions:

Light: A low price entering program with direct LPT-activation of the machine and well suitable for typical 2,5D-applications as for example engraving, milling of model assemblies, blank drilling etc.

Economy: Controlling program with direct LPT-activation and large functional range. Besides a full 3D-suitability there are also available lots of special functions as for example tangential cutting, 4. axis, utility function and large import filters.

Profi: Full functional range and absolute stability and industrial efficiency by using an external axial controller for all real-time tasks. Realization of diverse technology functions for spezial taks. Expandable with different adapters, inlet/outlet modules and keypads for a confortable teachen.

FILOU-NC Mill Release 10

Experts estimate that 80-90% of all CNC workpieces are 2D-parts, for example Backplott with synchronized CNC Editor or comfortable contour track. This means that no complex 3D-models have to be produced , but the CNC-code can be diverted fast out of 2D-geometry, which can be produced simply. But not only the geometry production is faster. The CAM program can be operated simpler. Less effort also means less time and so cost savings are achieved.

Do all - from the design in 2D to data transfer to the machine - with FILOU-NC. Also already existing drawings can be processed as well as already existing CNC programs can be simulated in 3D with FILOU-NC.

Desk-Proto 4

DeskProto has been conceived to produce out of 3D-geometry CNC programs in a fast and uncomplicated way. Especially attention has been paid to the fact that also not real CNC specialists can achieve results in a fast way. Rapid-Prototyping on CNC-machines forwards the developping and design process, since fast a concrete result is available. For the production of CNC programs DeskProto only needs a 3D model. Programs for Programs for 3-axis machines are produced, alternatively also with a rotary axis. Standard projects can be stored and by doing this they can be quickly for new projects.

CncDIGIT

Principle overview:
CncDIGIT is a controlling programm (MS-DOS Software). In connection with a CNC machine driven by a step motor 3-D bodies can be touched. The workpiece is fixed on the machine table and on the Z-axis a feeler head is attached. This can be a simple mechanical feeler head as for example a sensor feeler head. Now with the feeler head (controlled by the CncDIGIT) the workpiece is touched. The data can be exported as a DXF format and Din/Iso 66025 and so they are available in a standardised format for any further use.
