The close customer contact - for us the most important aim - has made our company to a competent partner with a wide spread knowledge in the CNC market. Furthermore our company does not only take a top position in the technical area, but also on the total market. This is a good sign for a good co-operation with our customers, too.
A main task for our company is the further development of BZT portal milling machines. In the next years we will intend to an expansion of our sales world-wide. The parallel development of customer-specific applications is coordinated and supported by the company, but mostly it is carried out by authorised retailers. We are proud of the good co-operation with our retailers as well as of the for years well-functioning sales concept. This is the result of a successful work and experience gained from many years.

But first of all some general comments: Retailers respectively commercial partners can become such companies, which deal with "technical computer systems" in the broadest sense and who do for us a part of the marketing as well as of the service work. Therefore after a corresponding classification you will get a percentage or a trade allowance. For example we have to distinguish if a trade partner acts as an agent only for one order or if he has his own projection room with according equipment as well as trained personnel and also takes over the system support for his customers.
Consciously we want to give incentives that the engagement for our products of a trade partner is profitable and that we achieve his "performing consistency".
